Update on Waste Management

  1. If the actual day of a holiday falls on the weekend (like Fourth of July this year), garbage pickup occurs as usual. The only time it is delayed a day is when the holiday falls on pickup day.
  2. The recycle pick up has moved to Monday. It was effective on June 21. If you would like a new container, you may call Waste Management to request one. The number is (520) 744-2600.
  3. If you have both trash and recycle for pick up on Monday, Waste Management requests that you place the containers on opposite sides of your garage/driveway.

Use of the Pool

Access to the pool is a privilege for residents. You must be current on your Association dues to use it. You also must have a pool card to gain access. Your first pool card is free. If you lose the card, you will be charged $50 to replace it. If your current card is not working, LeeAnn Rogers, Property Manager, will exchange it for a free replacement. If you are renting out your house, you should collect the card from tenants when they move out. If you are unable to collect it, notify LeeAnn or the Board and it wil lbe deactivated.

There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool. You swim at your own risk. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Remember, you pay for the privilege to use the pool. If someone you do not know asks you to let them in, don't do it. We have many instances of people who don't live here and are not guests using the pool. Non-residents have no reason to worry about keeping the pool and its equipment in nice condition.
